If you have a concern about the quality of the bouquet (wilted flowers, physical damage, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and attach clear photos of the bouquet from several angles. We will review your request and offer a solution – replacement of the bouquet, partial compensation, or a discount on your next order – depending on the specific case.
In the following situations no refund or compensation will be provided: incorrect address or phone number of the recipient, the recipient not being present at the address at the agreed time, the recipient refusing to accept the bouquet, as well as subjective expectations about shades or design style when the agreed size and price range have been respected.
